Oversized testicles hurting

i have been having pain in my testicles, with the left one being the worst. i have been to my GP and a Urologist and had two ultrasounds on my testicles. both reports stated my testicles are oversized with the average left testicle at 13 ml volume and the right at 14 ml volume. my left testicle is 18.54 ml and the right testicle is 20.56 ml volume and the size of a large egg. do any of you have oversized testicles and have they caused any trouble like i am having?
