Overwhelmed

Today has definitely been a bad one. It's been a while since its been an all day thing, and of course what would anxiety/panic be without the feelings of what could this be. 😣
I have been super dizzy/light-headed, nervous, wanting to cry, blurry vision, light is making me feel weird as well as sound, thoughts go as soon as they come, minds all foggy, irritated over everything and nothing, just not comfortable at all in my own skin.
What can I do to ease this?

classic anxiety symptoms. i had all of them in my 20s, suddenly. terrified me! IM NOW IN MY SIXTIES so the symptoms wont hurt you. but i know from experience that if i get anxious about symptoms, they stay or get worse.
. its very common with uncontrolled stress. the sympyoms are harmless but scary.
one key to easing this is relaxing your mind totally. it relaxes the nerves.
i listen to great meditations for anxiety on you tube. theres hundreds!
often so relaxed i fall asleep. breathing correctly very important for control . also on you tube.
getting to the cause of anxiety ....... problems with family, work, school, etccounseling helps.
stay hydrated and eat healthy. B VITAMIN good for nervous system.
get a checkup at least yearly just to make sure all is ok.

Thank you so much.
Yeah, it's definitely terrible. It's hit or miss, comes and goes. Always in waves.

i know d3 would help me but pharmacist says it may interfere with warfarin i take, does anyone know if this is right?

Well pharmacists know a lot more about drugs and interactions so I would trust what s/he says. Unless you are officially low in vitamin D then it won't help you. You need to ensure you get at least 20 minutes in the fresh air every day to keep optimum levels.
Too much vitamin D can be dangerous and lead to a fatty liver and other illnesses. x

hi lockerby....not to worry kiddo! I too am in my 60's, and everything you're experiencing, been there, done that! Seriously, they're all symptoms of anxiety and it Sucks!
It will pass (I'm guessing not soon enough for you).
next time you see your doctor, explain what's happening and ask for a script of valium or Xanax for those horrible times.
good luck!

Yeah right now it feels like everything is 10x louder, I dozed off and woke up in a panic. I absolutely hate these feelings. I'm tired but scared to sleep. It's all one big mess. This may sound weird but I'll itch my leg and it sounds like im itching the inside on my ear. Almost like a high pitched echo.

I definitely agree with Lynda. You NEED Valium for these horrible days. The trick is to ONLY take Valium on days like this. Otherwise, they won't work when you need them. Waking up in a panic is the worst. I know from experience. If you don't have Valium try a few slugs of Benadryl, until you see your doctor. I'm sending you prayers and positive thoughts.
