Ovestin side effects

I had an emergency hysterectomy (kept ovaries) when I had my baby and I have not been right down below since. My PH is off, I have had lots of different infections, BV, Thrush and Ecoli. I constantly have a burning or irritation or soreness there, frequent urination and had regular UTIs. My gynae prescribed me ovestin vaginal cream to use. I have used this for 3 weeks now and it has caused soreness, more discharge and burning down below, but I am also experiencing palpitations, dizziness, vision issues (like I am drunk), headaches, skin is itchy and I am tired with lack of energy, bit of low mood. Has anyone else experienced similar symptoms? I am going to try and stop the cream and use a moisturiser for what is believed to be dryness down below instead.
