Ovulation pain

so much pain, i feel like my insides are trying to fall out 😦 x

    Hi Toria, just saw this one. Are you feeling any better today? I don't ovulate very often anymore, but yes, the pain and inflammation from that can be brutal in peri.

    Dr's seem to think it's natural, so just hang in until it goes away...? Seems like not much help.

      when i dont ovulate histamine intolerance is brutal as estrogen just builds up, i dont think i did ovulate think it was just cramps x

      I am so sorry, it seems like there should be some better solutions for this time of life.

      I would LOVE to have the scientific answer to why our mast cells/immune systems go nuts at this time and what to do about it, but sadly, researchers like to conduct drug research on men, specifically because the ovaries complicate things.

      I'm a little bitter today, can you tell, 😄.
