hello everyone,
so ive been suffering from p rosea for almost more than 2 months now. although the body patches are drying out slowly. my scalp has been itchy since the rash broke out but now its very itchy red and inflammed. can p rosea affect my scalp if yes how to treat it? help me please thank you. Yes it can. You could try Neutrogena T/Gel therapeutic shampoo, which is specifically for psoriasis and dermatitis. Leave it on for 5 mins. It does smell like tar, but hey-ho!! I use a conditioner after, but may be an idea to look for a therapeutic or dandruff type one too so as not to irritate the scalp further. x
