PAC/PVC Pause Duration

I have a lot of pacs and pvcs due to my anxiety and normally i feel this “pause” while it happens. it’s normally not a long pause (less than a second) but sometimes i feel like the pause a little longer (2-3 seconds instead) and it scares me and makes my hypochondria go up a lot. does anyone else get this long pause sometimes??

yes I have have felt the pause and seems longer than a second. But anytime I get checked out by my doctor everything is fine. You could always have an ECG so that you know everything is OK. Once you find out that it’s OK, you can relax . The more you relax the less this will happen. I always find that the more I worry, the more I have this happened plus other anxiety sensations.

we could actually be causing some of these sensations by how we think and worry. So I found slowing my mind down really helps and breathing properly for anxiety.
