PAC's/PVC's

Hey guys. I'm 19, and I had PAC's and PVC's for a while now, but even now they scare me. I was just eating breakfast, and I got like 10 in a 20 minute period and then none after. I get scared because it feels like my heart stopped beating. I check my pulse while I have it and can't feel a heart beat for a second and then I feel a really hard hard beat. I get worried because sometimes this "delay" for which I can't detect a heart beat varies from like half a second to one second, and it always freaks me out. Most of the time my paliptations are because of horomonal reasons like my period and stuff and when my hormones fluctuate, almost anything sets my PAC's/PVC's off like drinking soda.
I did have 2 ECG's in the past, multiple blood tests and a 10 day holter monitor that came back all normal, but I'm always just scared and stressed.

I know how scary it can feel. I get those also. You get a heartbeat, then a pause than a really hard beat. I get them as well as many people I know who also get them. It’s nothing dangerous. It’s mainly brought on by anxiety. I’ve had those on and off for many years. The thing is, if you don’t relax and stay anxious, they are just going to stay around. Stay busy with other things. Also you can breathe through them slowly. The more you relax your mind the less you will have them take care

Hi, Thank you for your reply! I'm just scared because sometimes this "pause" scares me. Like sometimes I barely feel it, sometimes it feels like I'm just waiting for the extra hard beat to kick on. I hate this feeling 😦
