hi,me + doc decided to change my meds 3 weeks ago- bad move !
anxiety has been so bad that i've been pacing round my bedroom/upstairs for a week.Starts at 5am and goes on till 10pm -non stop pacing/walking/dragging feet .I just haven't been able to stand or sit still.I finally manage to lie down +watch tv till 2 or 3 than it starts all over again -early.The calves in back of my legs are killing me.Today is slightly better thank god but please i need some relief from this. Its either the dide effects of the venlafaxine that we added or the mirtazipine withdrawal. We have now reveresd these.
Anyone paced for a week like me? if the neighbours see me they must think that i'm crazy (so what !!)

I feel so bad for you....what about doing some exercises when you feel the symptoms come on. I know you are pacing which is urning off things but other exercices may work better and burn it off and make you tired. Also try to get into a routine, take bath, camomile tea and perhaps music in bedroom until you feel tired or even read a book. I know you are gonna come back and say that you cannot sit still to read a book. I know the nights can seem very long. I am on mitazapine just upped to 30mg, I go to work as I want to be with people but on every Thursday because I dont work Friday I have a bad day. Today I came home after working and getting some food in and thought I will cut the grass but I just lay down and dozed. Now feeling much better. Why was your meds changed can I ask ?
