I am looking to buy a wrist heart rate monitor that will alert me when I go over 107bpm to help me with pacing to avoid symptoms.
The wrist band/strap needs to vibrate, beep, or both, but it must do it the second I go over 107bpm. Any extra features are a bonus!
What does everyone use? Any recommendations?
