Has anyone had experience with PAE, I wonder is it better the Urolift ?

Does anyone know the CPT code for PAE ? I need it to get final approval from my insurance company (Anthem Blue Cross PPO). I have been told 3 different codes so far, when calling the IR Doctor's Office, then the Billing Office, then the Hospital's Billing Office. Those codes were: 37243, 37204, and 75894. As well as various combinations of those and other codes. You can Private message me if you have an actual Billing Statement, and I can explain further. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
