I was diagnosed with ss 12 years ago which started with dry mouth dry eyes. I was given saliva sprays toothpaste and eye drops which made things manageable then 3 years ago the pain started neck, back.knees ankles hands and more .After many calls and visits to gp and a blood tests it was found I had kidney problems.

I saw a kidney specialist 2 months ago who told me that a my problems where caused by the ss I had more Blood tests and am going for an altro sound Thursday but although all this is very depressing the worst thing is the fatigue I a really go out and have had to give up lots of activities I have not been given any advise about diet supplements or any drugs that might help HELP
