I realised that after i ejaculate i get a very bad pain in the pelvis area. The pain is very very bad and it feels more like cramps. It usually goes away after 20 min. anyone know what is is? it did not start recently but i didnt give it much attention. I think i saw on google that it might be prostatitis. any ideas?

Hi!
I have the same situation, with pain at the base of the penis and inside too. Only when I ejaculate, no problems with urination. Also my skin of inner foreskin and glans is very dry.
Done all the possible tests, all negative. I don't really know what is happening nor doctors know nothing.
