Pain 3 years after full hysterectomy

hey all!

so i had full hysterectomy both ovaries included due to endometriosis! i still have my fallopian tubes! last few days ive had pain on right lower side where ovaries used to be that shoots up and into my leg! sharp, pounding type pain! when i manage to get it settled a bit it almost feels like something is in there! can endo come back and cause me this pain? is scar tissue this painful that lasts for days and days! i follow up with dr this week as im off work die to this! just curious if anyone experiences this!
