there are many suggestions for helping the pain. Me personally I drink coffee and tea and it works. Other b suggest that you use heat from a radiator or heat bag.
It to be honest is trail and error till you find one thing that helps ease the pain.

The dark wee try drinking tea and plenty water one thing with this is to stay well hydrated.
I have had ct mri etc mt attack was a level 3 going to 4 they estimate it will take 5 years for my pain to ease and it will never be right. The reason they don't listen or seem not to is because they have a limited knowledge of the condition and the books state gallstones smoking excess alcohol.
This is a nice disease its a pain lol

How long have you had pancreatitis for? Your doctor should give you stronger pain relief if tramadol isn't helping at all. You shouldn't have to be in pain all the time and I'm not surprised you say you feel like giving up! It's a very painful condition and it saps all of your strength and will! Tell your GP that tramadol and co-codamol don't touch the pain and they should offer either codeine or oramorph which is morphine in liquid form. There is also zomorph which is slow-release morphine, which your doc may prefer to try you on first. Hope this helps a bit 😊
Regards,
Pete
