I've been having lower abdomen pain on my right side.. when I get up from sitting and sometimes even while just walking. It's a sharp almost stabbing pain. I had hysterectomy 9 weeks ago. Is this normal?

I had this pain really bad before my op and occasionally still get it as a niggle since the op but today its so much worse. Im 12 weeks post op but think its me overdoing it yesterday so will give myself till next week. Im currently sat with hot water bottle across the pain and it is helping.

Called my doc and that is exactly what she said.. I'm probably over doing it. She did ask if I had any bulging from the pain sight when I stood up (in case of hernea) and said it could also be scar tissue and the ligaments healing. Made me feel better because.. Yes I have been over doing!
