Click on my name and go to the blog, I put some tips. Best tips I can give you are drink lots and lots of fluid, juice, water, milk, whatever drink you love, drink lots of it, this will make your stools soft, but takes about 2 months for your body to adapt.
My pain doctor prescribed some low blood pills which lowers the blood in your entire body, not just your anus. I listed what I took on my blog, but you might be able to get some different, I think this is really what helped.
I also have a list of foods you can try avoid for 90 days, avoid things like caffeine, all coffee, tea etc for 90 days. If it doesn't change after 90 days, you can take the foods you decided to stop take.
It's key to try exercise, I know that's counter productive, you in so much pain, but the more you can get blood flowing in that area, the more it is going heal.
It's hard for anyone to understand the incredible pain without them having it, if not possible.
Work on managing your fissure and the cure will cover over time, I was in agony for 1.5 years. Even if you have surgery you can get the fissure again, so really no point.
Also when you sit, stretch your butt, sit on pillows, but pull your left cheek left and your right cheek right, so your butt is flat and your anus is touching the seat, the more your stretch it, the more it will strengthen it. Keep doing this and overtime it will heal. I still have relapses but they tend to last less than a week, I know what to do as soon as I have them.
Avoid things like breads or anything heavy, the more you eat, the more that has to come out.
