Hi, I got my first seton 1 week ago but I'm having very Sharp pains up my bum hole almost like severe cramp, I'm fine walking and laying down but when I sit down it puts too much pressure on my wound and leaks more pus and hurts more.
Does anyone has the pains up their bum hole should I be worried about this. Any help would be so appreciated
