I first noticed one of my lower rib bones felt tender to touch in a particular spot then after pressing on it my entire right side got really achy after a few days I noticed there were spots on my left side rib cage that felt tender and now I have constant aches on both sides of my body (when I’m not pressing on the tender spots it just feels like my sides are in pain) can this be costo?

Hi, I have just joined here.  Trying to work out if I have this.  I do use had weights and have for years but I have developed an ache on the left side, just where  you say exactly where my bra ends. It feels like a crab is holding on to me there.  Pain sometimes goes into my back. I don't have problems with breathing tho.  I do notice it flares when I am upset.  Can you have costo without breathing probs.  I have wired bras.  I also find it just disappears when I go to bed and think it has gone.  Then in the morning after I get dressed it tightens up again.  Any help will be much appreciated.  I do have HH/GERD/Reflux so not even sure if it is that.

So sorry you are all hurting - pulls you down.

      Thnx G.

It could be. Have you had X rays?  Been to Dr? My pain is in my chest and under my breasts mostly. But I now have been diagnosed with Fibra Myalgia. Good luck. Have you tried icing it? Arnica gel? steroids?

Motrin? Hang in there. It gets better
