Pain after masturbation male

Lately everytime I masturbate I have problems after. The first time I pee after ejaculating is when the problems start. I get a bad burning sensation in the tip and hurts to touch. I only masturbate about once or twice a week. It is also associated with pelvic pain and lower back pain. It burns to pee for a couple hours afterwards too. I also feel like I'm not emptying my bladder and feels like its hard to get out as if their was a stricture. I am not sexually active so STD isn't a concern. Thanks any help would be greatly appreciated.

    possible hypertrophy of the seed tubercle. you can use a herbal preparation or meloxicam 15 mg once a day for 10 days or suppositories with it
