Pain after urinating

I have Prostatitis and for a few years have been taking Tamsulosin and Solifenacin .

In the past i have had a couple of flare ups whereby after urinating i have this discomfort for a few seconds which the passes.

However for the past few days i go to urinate and after finishing this discomfort lasts for a few minutes and also comes on at different times of the day when I'm not going to the toilet .

Does anyone else have this problem, I don't get any discomfort when urinating just afterwards.
