Pain and aching all over?

For the last three days I have had really bad pain/aching running from my wrist up to my shoulder and round to my upper back. My jaw has also been hurting and my throat is tender, and inside of me in my chest feels sore.

What's going on?  I feel almost as though I have flu or I'd lost a fight with someone,it's like being tender and bruised.  I have had it for about 3 days now, been taking paracetomal but not convinced it's helped that much.

Anyone know what it might be?

    Emma you sound similar to me. I get stinging sensations in my arms and hands as well as light cramps that lasts for seconds. I also have pain in my chest and burning in my back near both shoulder blades to go alongside with excruciating hip pains x
