Pain and blisters inside urethra for 2 months

I received unprotected oral sex 2 months ago and 2 days later I started feeling a tingling sensation at the tip of my penis. One week later I felt my body itching (my therapist tells me it's neurological) and weakness all over my body and stomache uncomfort for only a few hours and it left. 2 weeks later the tingling at the tip of my penis turned into pain so I looked inside my urethra and found 3 tiny blisters (not sure if they are red, white or black...). I noticed that the pain has been coming from the blister which are half an inch inside my urethra. Now I'm 7 weeks from the incident and the pain at the tip of my penis, which is still here, and 5 weeks from noticing the blisters which have not changed at all. The blisters are the most painfull when I have a bad hygiene and touch myself on a daily basis so I've just stopped that. Soo what are your thoughts on what it could be? Thanks.

EDIT: I forgot to mention that I got tested negative for chlamidia, gonorrhea and herpes swab 2 weeks after the incident. I did not get a blood test and I'm wondering how long I should wait to get tested for syphilis (now or after 3 months). I've been referred to a urologist but the waiting time is at least a month. Since I'm very stressed, I'm wondering if I should go to a walk in clinic in order to maybe get some meda to alleviate the pain (advil isn't heling much) or should I go into a private urology clinic which would be really expensive (250$ plus necessary tests).
