Pain and itching 10 months after fissure and haemorroid surgery

Hello together, I am 28M and had a fissurectomy combined with haemorroidectomy in February 2021. Similar to the descriptions of fellow patients in this forum the first 2 months were hell, but it got better eventually. Then for a few months most bowel movements were very comfortable and discomfort (if any) went away after 5 minutes. In October I started having major discomfort again and pain wouldn't subside, now it's pretty uncomfortable all the time and also itchy, but I don't feel the same deep pain like from the fissure before (there was small bleeding two times). General doc couldn't see anything, but what I can say is that pain mostly radiates from the area of new skin where the wound was. I already have an appointment with a specialist, just wanted to see if anyone had similar experiences.
