Pain and Pressure in Back When I Lay Down Flat

I'm 15 years old and for about two months I've been having some bad back pain. I was thinking maybe scoliosis but I'm pretty sure you have to be born with it and I didn't have it before.

When it first started I would just get sore sometimes and my back would just hurt while I was lying down on my back (I only get this pain when I lie on my back).

So now its around the third month and the pain i getting worse. I would just be sitting on the couch and wanting to stretch out my body and when I went to lay on the floor, on my back, I couldn't really breathe. Regualar breathing makes it hurt so much worse so I have to take really slow and soft breathes even though that still hurts.

If I try to hold my breath and  let it pass the pain will just stay until I painfully let out the air. I don't know if it requires medical attentilon or anything. Could it just be that I need to drink more water? Or should I have my parents set a doctors appointment?

Maybe it's just growing pains like I've had before because I am pretty tall and proably still growing right?

I was wondering if maybe it does have something to do with my spine or just my muscles. The pain isn't in one location though, it's takes over my entire back.

Just wanted some other thoughts from people who maybe went through this too?
