My pain is near the neck and if I flex my shoulder inwards is painful around the front just around where the collar bone joins. no stress injury, just appeared one day. A little painful when lying down. there is also a pain just over on the muscle at the top (trapeze?). Both right hand side. I also have a rather persistent frontal headache around the eyes.
Advice appreciated. Many thanks.
