Pain at Base of penis after masturbating penile fracture?

I usually masturbate with some tissue around my penis covering the tip slightly but recently after masturbating I have been experiencing a pain at the base of penis closer to my abdomen and also sometimes in the middle of the penis I did hear some clicking sounds at tip of penis where the foreskin folds over but have been experiencing this sound on and off for years and never had issues with an erection or pain however recently I'm experiencing this pain I mentioned googled and saw penile fracture and now I'm worried if this is what happened, I have no swelling or discolouration but have scared and havent been having a full erection but it still get erects some what and my anxiety had spiked which I suffer from , does this sound like penile fracture , when walking it hurts at the base too. i also have some brown spots on the skin painless on side of the shaft but also had this for years
