Pain behind belly button

I've noticed every few weeks sometimes months for the past 2 years or so that I get some nasty pains behind my belly button, like when i put pressure on it, it almost makes me cry. havent consulted my doctor because its not something that's there all the time. I haven't had a period in nearly a year due to the depo injection stopped them, I also dont have the injection anymore but my body hasn't settled yet not sure if it would be hormone related. Any ideas?

    I think as youve said you havent seen your GP. I think maybe you should make yourself an appointment even though you said it wasnt there all the time -if youre crying then make a consideration .

    To be fair if that was me in your shoes with th symptons youre describing I wouldve made one -

    Have a think about it
