Pain behind eye

For the last 2 months I've had a dull burning ache pain behind my left eye. It comes around the same time every day. i wake up in the morning fine, around 11am it comes on and goes again around 6pm. i do work on computers and i where glasses. doesnt feel like a migraine. some times i feel the pain in my left temple.
pain killers only work for around 30 mins and it comes back. caffiene helps alot too.
Does anyone else know what this is?

I have had similar type and both my eye doc and neurologist diagnosed with Ocular Migraine. I have to follow up yearly but I also have cataracts and other issues.
If I were you, go see a Neurologist just ti get properly evaluated.
