Pain, bloating, nausea

Hello,
I am new to this website.
Was just wondering if anyone had experienced something similar and if you have been formally diagnosed with anything?
For as long as i can remember i have suffered from bloating and intense pains after eating anything. I always have to go the toilet immediately after eating anything and it is usually diarhhea. I have had blood tests, stool samples and a colonoscopy which has all come back normal. I have also tried a dairy and gluten free diet, this has had no impact.
My GP has put it down to IBS, however I have the pains no matter what I eat and everyday and it is severely affecting my life.

I empathise with you as I have been suffering with gut related problems for around 30 years and yes it really impacts on your life. This is my first post on this site too.
I too have never been formally diagnosed.
My symptoms tended to come and go but recently have gotten a lot worse.
I went for CT scans etc last year and nothing seen etc etc. Same old conclusion.
My symptoms are gas, bloating, fatigue, joint pains, stomach cramps, stomach pains, itchy skin, weight loss etc
It knocks me for six a lot of the time and just have to go to bed and not eat.
I started in my late teens with severe acid reflux and it's just got worse from there over the years. I would have spells of time when I'd been fine then it would suddenly start again.
I'm now on a Low FODMAP diet which certainly seems to help. I also have to avoid Gluten and was also diagnose with Yeast Intolerance so I'm avoiding foods containing Yeast the best I can.
Other foods I seem to need to avoid are anything highly processed or anything where I read the ingredients and it contains chemical names and the likes. I avoid anything with MSG in too as that aggravates me too. Obviously I avoid Milk and anything containing cream or lactose etc. Artificial sweeteners also do not agree with me.
Have you tried an elimination diet?
Have you tried Low FODMAP and cutting out Gluten etc?
It can be difficult but it was the only way I found out my trigger foods and I'm still not there yet as I have flare ups regularly.
There certainly seems to be no golden ticket out of my problems and I think with the amount of people out there having issues and the amount of reading up I've done on the subject you can just be diagnosed with IBS or Fibromyalgia when the doctors run out of "known diseases" to tag you with.
I wish you the best of luck on your journey to wellness
