hi I have been diagnosed with having a cyst on one side but the last couple of days I have developed an even worse pain on the other side but no lump. Has anyone else had this?

You might have an infection hun or its an abscess. Fingers crossed it isn't a cyst the other side x

Thanks for your reply but everything I read says an infection or an abscess causes a lump. Everyone's post on here, they have a lump! I'm going crazy with worry!!!

It could be infected. Mine was infected infection spread throughout the area! Mine yet was in the left side but the left labiawas completely swollen and parts of it were getting hard.
Go go see your doctor, if it is an infection you don't want to wait too long.
