i suffer with anxiety but i just need to know if im the only one who gets a pain by my temple it doesnt stay long but its like a sharp shooting pain that comes and goes for a couple of seconds but its been like this for days now and it scares me especially having anxiety too!! please is there anyone else who gets this i seen someone post about the same thing but now i cant find the forum

Just a few seconds when it does happen.. Sometimes get head pressure too. Haven't had those symptoms for a while tho.

temple pain is common with anxiety and stress. Ive had it many times. the time you want to see a doctor is if a headache wakes you out of your sleep and is 10/10 pain, . or if its persistent daily. most headaches are from tension.i get head massages !

Yes I get this, also get tension headaches that can go on for days, I can get stabbing pains at the side and top of the head as well.

yepp. i had that too! really terrifying, but it's just anxiety symptoms. sometimes my scalp is hurt when i touch it. even now, i can feel my head is really tight and having ear pressure too!
