Pain clinic

I went to the pain clinic today and the lady I saw was so nice, she made me so relaxed and I was in her room for ages talkng about everything, my appointment was at 1.30pm and I didn't come out till 3.30pm, she was so caring. She has given me a tens machine to try and she has referred me to a couple of activities to do like aqua aerobics and gentle excercise in the gym, so I felt like I got somewhere today infact when I got home I felt tearful  Someone said on one post that lady doctors are more caring and I think you were right, hello to all of you I got carried away then, its nice when you get somewhere in the end, I must admit though when I come out of her room I was so tired and had terrible headache, need to sleep now

Ha Ha - Yes, it probably would Donna - in fact would probably set you up for the day

I'm so pleased that you have had such positive help at last Cats Eyes. The mere fact that someone is actually listening to us helps tremendously - we don't ask for much

Actually. you've reminded me that I have a TENS machine somewhere up in the loft. I remember buying it for my hubby when he had back problems (typical man - refused to use it  ) If I can summon the energy I will try an find it - suppose I could get the Christmas decs out at the same time :xmastree:
