Hi every one, I had my 1st appointment at the pain.clinic last week and felt very relieved after wards, I am trying a new heat cream that numbs nerve ends so I'm. Hoping it helps but I have also been offered acupuncture and plates, so I have agreed to that so just waiting on appointments to come through. I also have frozen shoulder.now which is very painful so hope I will manage. The nurse I saw at the clinic seemed to have a very clear understanding of Fibro and it was such a relief the someone is finally listening and trying to help me. Just had to share as I feel so lucky to have come across such a lovely nurse xxxx gentle hugs xx

SNAP I have had FIBROMYALGIA for 8years and had frozen shoulder for 4 years which resulted into a full tendon tear which meant I had to have shoulder surgery 9 weeks ago. Having Fibromyalgia has doubled the recovery time which also means I cannot drive and am .going nuts as I cannot work, drive living in a remote village with one bus running a day! !!!

I have had 2 frozen shoulders, ouch!!..😠.very sore, really feeling for you..pain clinics are awesome, ive also had heaps of

accupuncture..its great..unfortunately it does only last a few

month though, but excellent, my daughter had it regularly for bad migraines when she was very young, 4m it did wonders, its much better than any horrid medications. It is soooo good that a

professional you got has knowledge of fibro thats 1/2 our battle. Be blessed nicola, have a lovely day..😍

Could you please give us the name of the new cream..it should

    be very helpful.xxx

I am finding taking Night Rescue Remedy helps to give one a good night's sleep! I have also decided to go the holistic route as the side effects on these drugs we are given are horrific for me personally. Also I am a single mother with no support so I have to be alert
