Pain discomfort since having twins

Hi I have been back and forth to the docs for over 5 years.

I have twins who were big sizes. 6lbs 2 and 6lbs 10.

After them I found out I had a 3+ finger separation in my abdominal wall.

All my problems started after I had them. Terrible constipation pain in tummy radiating to my back. Awful heart palpatations, severe nausea, horrendous shortness of breath, burping alot and awful fatigue.

I have a very tender point in my tummy when touched.

My symptoms are helped when I lay flat and rest.

I have had numerous tests all come back clear, including heart scans, bone scans, endoscosy both ends. They could only get so far round my bowel though as apparently there was fecal matter stuck (exactly where my pain is)

I also had a CT scan that came back clear too.

I was discharged but I am not happy at all. I am more than convinced I have some of my bowel trapped. At times I breath in and feel like there is a bubble there. only way I can describe it.

I'm currently waiting on a second opinion as I would like them to test my whole bowel to see if there is a hernia that has gone misdiagnosed. I have read that they can go undiagnosed for years with women.

Just wondered if anyone with a hernia has experienced anything similar. Thanks in advance for any advice.
