Pain during ejaculation (jelly in my semen)

Last month I have had pain in my lower abdomen (left side) during ejaculation. Subsequently, I also have a thick ejaculate, which is slightly colored in yellow (not pure white) and is in it something like gelatin (yelly). For a while after sex, it still hurts in my lower abdomen, but then it stops and it doesn't hurt at all. I have no problems with urination. I just felt less appetite for sex, but I associate it with the pain only .. I was already at the urologist, examined me ultrasound of the kidneys, bladder prostate, also checked the testes and everything is okay. Thank you for your response. PS: I am young, 26yo. athlete and so far I had no health problems.
