pain during orgasm

I get a sharp pain when I orgasm..during sex...do any others get this ? It just has started happening during the last couple of times I have had sex...thank you

    I talked to my dr about this too. So we did a urine test and I had a uti. My dr gave me some antibiotics. This worked for me. I did not have the sharp pain after taking antibiotics. Dr told me some get UTIs with lichen is common.
