Pain, extraordinary weakness in arms, legs trying to get up from lying on floor

75 years old. Eat, sleep, live in recliner. Walk a mile to WM once a week. Had tension, discomfort in shoulders, neck. Decided to try lying flat on floor first time in 6 years. Painful, awkward getting down. Failed to rise up, because of weakness and pain. After 20-25 minutes, grabbed onto a doorknob, pulled into a crouch, then standing. Back to recliner, and 30 hours later basically back to normal. Happened once before in bathtub maybe 5 years ago.

Maybe no connection - vomited earlier in day, first time in 9-10 years. Type 2 diabetic since June 2020. Prostate cancer in 2010. Polio at age 5.

VA clinic suggested walking more, lifting hand weights. I'm worried, confused, disheartened.
