Pain free after 17 months of chronic testicular pain. My success story

so basically after 16 months of chronic testicular pain/chronic pelvic pain syndrome/ varicocele pain/nerve pain whatever. i have finally cured myself, almost still get pain sometimes but rarely now, if you look at my old posts, it was a very low point for me, the pain brought on depression and anxiety i spent thousands on varicocele surgery but it did not fix the problem, basically what i did to get better was GO TO THE GYM, eat healthier, and i was also taking creatine which helped flush out my kidneys. i was unemployed when it happened and all i was doing was laying around for up to 20 hours a day smoking and playing games, and i came very underweight without even knowing. 73 kgs, for my height 6'2 that is not good. i believe something happens where the nerves a and veins in my balls got damaged from my body not processing my calories and blood sugar right, because exercise is key in regulating those things. so in a nut shell, sitting around all day, eating unhealthy and smoking cigarettes is what did this to me. im currently 80 kgs now and i feel much better, im eating more aswell, and i only get a small ache rarely, as opposed to actually pain that would randomly come and go through out the day.
