Pain from clips used to seal artery after gall bladder op

Posted , 1 user is following.

I had my gallbladder removed in June 2021 and all is well apart from the odd pain that I get at the site where my gall bladder used to be. It feels as if something is poking into my rib cage. Im not sure what is used to seal the artery but its as if I can feel it. If I stretch or cough or sometimes even just sit still I can feel as if something us caught on my ribs. Has anyone else experienced this? Im really well otherwise and had virtually no pain after the op so for anyone who is about to have their gallbladder out please dont worry. Ive had worse trips to the dentist and I was the most nervous patient ever!
