Pain from having a hysterectomy

Hi I'm 6 weeks in and I'm having some pulling, bloating, and tightness in my stomach. I still have my ovaries. But my surgery was vaginal. Now I'm getting a pain when I urinate it feel like its pulling. week 1 I was feeling that pain in both my bladder and my rectum, and the doctor prescribed some volume for me to take to help my muscles and it helped. But that uncomfortable pulling when I urinate is back! I take stool softeners and they are helping. But when I try and pass gas it hurts in my stomach. I hope nothing wrong!
