    Hi Tanya,

Have you seen a Rheumotologist? Maybe he/she can determine the cause of the pain. Have you been diagnosed as clinically depressed? Sometimes I feel fatigued and worried because I can't figure out where my symptoms are coming from and everyone wants to be in control of their own life and its fustrating when the rug's been taken from right under your feet. I would recommend ruling any type of autoimmune disorder first by seeing a Rheumotologist. Keep positive and calm because anything else will make you ill.Read up on vitamins that you can take even food you can eat to help with anxiety until you are able to see a doctor. I personally perfer vitamins over meds unless truly necessary. I believe B12 is good for this. Most with autoimmune tend to be low on vitamin D so I would start taking supplements. Try to get in to see a specialist asap. Best of luck
