Pain in alternating wrists...

Hi - just had bloods taken and awaiting results. What I am confused by is that one day the pain might be worse in one wrist, and the next day its the other one (or might be the same one again) - the point is it varies. Means the family tease me - 'Oh she's forgotten what side is supposed to hurt' and I think they don't believe me, but the pain is real and ridiculous, as is the inability suddenly to do basic things like open a tin or lift a pan.
Have had some toe pain too, but they seem ok today - should I keep a diary of where it is when?
Does the pain for anyone else 'move around'?

Yes im afraid the pain does often move around the body from joint to joint..the pleasure of RA !!!!
Different foods or exercise can affect this. .so as previously suggested a food diary might help you to reduce this.
Good luck. ...
