Pain in chest when i breath in!

for the past two years i would get these momments where i take a deep breath and i would feel pain in my chest, somewhere in the middle and sometimes slightly onto my right side of the chest.

I'm 12 turning 13 so its been going on since i was 11 back then it would happen more often back then and then it stopped, i told my parents and my mother was worried but since it disappeared i didnt tak much to her about it. But it started coming back i noticed it wen i went to school and my chest went tight and i couldn't take a breath only short breaths, if i took a bigger breath i felt that the pain would kill me, I told my mother and she believed it was maybe a symptom of the problem "scoliosis" i had. And that happened only once. Now when i just inhale a big breath it hurts.

I was wondering of what peoples opinion might be about this, or if anyone is dealing with the same issue as i am. Any help needed! Thanks x

    Hi Julia.d.s22,

I def recommend that you go to the doctors with your mum and get it checked out right away! It may well be a symptom of your scoliosis but your doctor is the only person that can give you a diagnosis. I hope you don't suffer too long! Take care hun, let us know how you get on. X

I had the same problem few years back. I went to doctor & he gave me medicine. For sometimes it was good enough cured. But the problem again started but little not much ie just chest pain. Doctor told me, the chest pain because of hectic schedule & unhealthy habits.

Then after I joined Yoga classes & I told my these problems to my instructor. The Yoga Poses, the long breating ( as in Yoga its Called Pranayam I think). I did this continously for 1-2 two month. And I gain control over the problems. And other minor health issues like cold, cough etc.

Try out Yoga & meditation hope this will work for you.

    All the best.
