Pain in Eye Muscles

Posted , 2 users are following.

Hello,

I worked on my laptop all day yesterday, so decided to go for a long walk outside at the beach, it was super bright compared to my bedroom, so when I came back home, I experienced some discomfort in sharpness(slightly unfocused vision)

So, I did some eyes exercise for quite a long time.

Today, when I woke up, I tried to exercise my eyes again as yesterday, but when I tried to look at the top or down my eye muscles hurt (area around eyes ball and behind it)

Is it possible that eye muscles work at the same principle as regular muscles? They hurt if you overdo?

Is it normal?

Thanks

The simple answer is yes, they do work in the same way. Give your eyes a rest from the computer and any eye exercises.
