Pain in foot

Has any had foot pain most of my pain days start in one part of my body and move in to different places like a set of Christmas chasing light but the pain in the top of my foot won't go it stings burns tingle s it's so draining is this part of fibro I feel as I could chop it off somedays physio has made no difference to it at all .

    i get foot pain an its so horrible especially as it hurts to walk. Am not actually sure if it is part of fibro but i feel your pain

    Hello, I experience the same thing. At the top of the foot about the middle is where you can have inflammation due to tight tendons. You could try gently stretching your tendon by pointing your toes. I suggest to google foot anatomy so you can see what I mean. Also maybe a topical anti inflammatory gel might help. Let us know how you go. Best wishes to you. I know it's aweful & while I suggest talking to your DR. often they don't help. Maybe yours is better than mine, I can only hope.

    Do your toes sit flat on the ground when standing ?

    Hello again, I checked if I gave you the right advice & I should have suggested stretching the calf muscle as well. Also taking a spoon of organic apple cider vinegar might help with inflammation as well.
