hip surgery healing is like a roller coaster. so many different stages to go thru. your in the early stages of healing and it will get better with time. Keep icing daily, rest, don't over do . the hip area had been abused from surgery the poor muscles tendons and bone. this is major surgery. the bone is still growing to stabilize the implant components . soft tissue takes weeks to months to heal.
i have had 3 thr and each one was different. walking is the best way to get back strength. in approx 12-16 weeks you will feel a lot better.
sending healing vibes your way..
