Pain in hips

Hi im 42 , female, for the past few months i have been getting pains in my hips some nights are awful i cannot lye on one side for long as they will burn /ache and wake me up, both sides are the same pain , its now atually getting worse when doing exercise i do a few miles on a bike ride and the next day i wake up stiff and in pain with my hips, they atually hurt to touch also, now the pain in radiating in the tops of my thighs/bottom, and have pains in my legs and , and in my feet at times also, the more i do walking etc its worse and by the end of the day i sometimes really struggle, i have made a doc appoinment to check it out more ,

    HI, I have something similar but in one hip/leg.  Have been sent for an Xray (not got results yet).  Mine is worse by the end of day. Sympathies! Not nice.

      Hi it would be interesting to know your xray outcome? And hopefully some answers for yourself smile
