Pain in joints

Got psoriatic arthritis joints very painful on tablets. Asked for stick help me walk but doctors not interested

    Hi Andrew, I am sorry that your Gp is not being very helpful. I was provided with a stick from the Rheumy Physio at my hospital. My symptoms became worse, and I have now purchased elbow crutches from amazon, which have been a god send, making life so much easier.I haveĀ  Psa and osteo.

      Thanks I will see what happens when I see consultant or if to long await get them of Amazon

    have you seen a rheumatologist yet? If ñot ask for an immediate referral ; you are entitled to one. They are there experts not your GP. Sorry for asking such a basic qquestion but your query doesn't make clear go me. Perhaps I'm a little slow this morning 😕 perhaps a little more info will help me provide mores useful iinformation.     If you've seen a rheumatology team. They all have a specialist Occupational therapist (OT) within them who will provide you with all varieties of equipment, some of this you make you think this is it OTT but I found to my my great sorry and reriffic pride that ì Was wrong were b very very right.
