I have sharp pain in my left leg and left testicle and back. I've already seen a doc who gave me paracetamol 1000mg but still after 7 months no progress. The pain is constant.
PS: MY TESTICLE ISN'T SWOLLEN,
NO REDNESS, NO PROBLEM WHILE URINATING

Ive had the exact same thing and been for so many tests but doctors never know how to help. Had sti checks and some even said its just all in my head l.
Started looking at forums and i cant believe how many other people have the exact same symptoms and nobody seems to know the problem. Even saw some thinking of suicide because it.
Then i did a bit of research myself and found something called pudendal neuralgia. Pretty sure this is what a lot of us with these symptoms have so im trying to spread the word on it.
