Pain in left side below nipple, pain in back between shoulder blades.

Hello,

I have developed pain in my left side below my nipple ( nagging not severe) an pain inbetween my spine an left shoulder blade. it gets worse on excertion. and after will continue to beat hard an feel like its struggling. I cant have a hot bath or it makes it worse. stimulants also do. theres an unwell feeling that comes with it all, waking up feeling really ill. had: ultrasound of heart, CTscan, 24 hour ecg.

also thyroid hormone has risen from 1 to 3.7 not sure if related.
